What does your own system cost?
A smaller solution starts from 50,000 kr after a discovery phase. The discovery phase starts from 15,000 kr and gives a requirements overview, a solution proposal and a fixed price.
When is your own system better than an off-the-shelf tool?
When you have recurring workflows that don't fit existing tools, or when a lot of time goes into Excel, double entry and manual follow-up.
Do we need to know exactly what we want to build?
No. The discovery phase exists precisely to work out needs, roles, data and a reasonable scope.
Can the system connect to our existing tools?
Often yes. It depends on which systems you use and what APIs or export options are available.
What happens to our data?
Data protection, storage, permissions and integrations are gone through in the discovery phase. The goal is a solution where you have control over your data and know where it is stored.
Can we switch developers later?
Yes, if it's set out in the agreement. You get access to the source code and documentation for the custom part of the solution.
